How It Works

A Fund is created with very specific investment criteria to acquire and redevelop a property.

New Fund is Opened

Investors commit capital towards a Fund and place a minimum deposit of 20% in Escrow.

Investments Are

Committed

Once the target property is identified, Investors decide if they would like to proceed with the particular property. 

Target Property Identified

The Fund is completed and Investors receive their % in a new LLC, which will acquire and manage the property.
